As a first-time customer I found the online ordering process was simple and appreciated the multi-authentication for security purposes. I followed up with a call to the florist to ensure my order successfully went through. The florist was very professional and courteous. The flowers (choice only) were available for next day delivery. Although not seeing the actual flowers sent, our client did send a very heartfelt thank you stating the flowers were beautiful. Thank you for this very positive first-time experience.
